What You're Buying

Atlas & Thorn is a digital product: a collection of skill files, sub-agent configurations, prompt templates, reference documents, and setup guides. You purchase the files, download them, and set everything up on your own machine. We do not host anything for you.

What's Not Included

A subscription to Claude or any other AI provider is not included. You are responsible for your own AI subscription, API costs, and any infrastructure you choose to run.

Per-Seat License

Each person who uses Atlas & Thorn needs their own license. One purchase covers one person. If your team has multiple users, each user requires a separate purchase.

Acceptable Use

The files are for your personal or internal business use. You may modify them for your own use. You may not distribute your modifications to others.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share the purchased materials in any form.

You may not use the files to build or offer a competing product or service, whether free or paid, hosted or local. This includes offering Atlas & Thorn as a service to third parties.

Intellectual Property

The Atlas & Thorn files, prompts, and configurations are the intellectual property of Atlas & Thorn. Your purchase grants you a non-transferable license to use them for as long as you comply with these terms. Breach of any term terminates your license immediately.

Anything you build, generate, or create using the files belongs entirely to you.

Updates & Changes

Your purchase includes lifetime access to future updates. We reserve the right to update pricing for new buyers with 30 days notice. Existing purchases are not affected.

Limitation of Liability

Atlas & Thorn is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional advice. AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed before acting on them. We are not liable for decisions made based on outputs produced using these files.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience issues with your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
